The 2011 Fall issue of the Energy Bar Association's newsletter, EBA Update, is now available on-line.
In the President's message, our President, Derek A. Dyson, highlights the EBA's very full schedule of fall events, including the upcoming Mid-Year Meeting, Primer, and CFEBA Annual Charity Auction and Gala.
We are also pleased to present a very interesting interview with Ted Gerarden, Director of FERC's Office of Administrative Litigation. In this issue, the Charitable Foundation of the Energy Bar Association announces upcoming events and reports on events held over the summer. This issue also contains reports from the four interns the CFEBA sponsored at state utility commissions and FERC regarding their summer internship experiences.
Finally, this issue contains articles regarding the Young Lawyers Committee's recent panel on FERC Courtroom Tactics held at the Washington College of Law of American University, and the Southern Chapter's Meeting held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting of the Southern States Energy Board and the Governor's Energy Conference.
We hope you enjoy this edition of the EBA Update and have a great autumn.
A comprehensive calendar of all EBA and related organization activities is now available on-line.
